Can you assist with an application already lodged?
Yes. Send the application documents and Council correspondence so we can assess the outstanding planning issues and propose an appropriate scope.
Do I need a DA or a complying development certificate?
The pathway depends on the proposed development, applicable controls and site constraints. We can review the options before you commit to detailed design.

Provide the address or lot and DP details, your proposed use, existing plans and any Council feedback.
