Questions clients commonly ask

Can I subdivide or develop my property?

The answer depends on the applicable planning controls, site constraints and proposed use. An initial review can identify opportunities, limitations and the investigations needed before you commit to detailed design.

What information should I provide?

Start with the property address or lot and deposited plan details, a short description of your proposal, and any plans or Council correspondence you already have.

When should I speak with a planner?

Early advice can be useful before purchasing land, commissioning designs or lodging an application. We can also assist when a proposal is already underway and further planning input is needed.
