Senior Consultant

Josh Eagleton

Josh brings 15 years of town planning experience across South East Queensland and NSW, including 10 years in Sydney. Originally from the Mid North Coast, he now leads Eagle Urban from Kempsey, working with private clients, councils and government agencies.

His experience spans statutory and strategic planning, urban release areas, subdivisions and planning proposals, alongside dwellings, community and educational facilities. His bushfire work supports both development applications and land use planning.

Clients work directly with Josh to understand site constraints, assess options and coordinate designers and specialist consultants through the approval process.
