Subdivision Planning and Approvals

Understand your land’s subdivision potential before committing to detailed designs. Eagle Urban provides residential and rural subdivision planning advice, feasibility reviews and development application support across NSW.

How we can help

  • Residential and rural subdivision feasibility
  • Review of zoning, minimum lot size and relevant planning controls
  • Identification of access, servicing, bushfire and environmental constraints
  • Coordination with surveyors, designers and specialist consultants
  • Subdivision application documentation and Council liaison
  • Planning advice on consent conditions and the next approval stages

A clear way forward

A subdivision review considers more than the size of your property. We assess the planning framework, likely constraints and investigations needed to test a proposal. Where a pathway is available, we help coordinate an application with the relevant survey and technical input.

You work directly with Josh Eagleton, with planning, development and bushfire advice coordinated around your project.

Questions about your project

Does meeting minimum lot size guarantee approval?

No. Minimum lot size is one consideration. Access, services, environmental constraints and other applicable requirements may affect the proposal.

Can you assist with rural land?

Yes. Send the title details, property address and the subdivision you have in mind for a scoped planning review.

Do you undertake surveying?

We provide planning services and coordinate with a surveyor where survey plans or specialist survey work are needed.
